2017
On Tuesday, 6, June, 2017, the exhibition “Vid språkets gräns” (At the Limits of Language) opened.
The title of the exhibition, which was shown in the studio, comes from Olle Granath’s review of the Torsten Andersson exhibition at Galleri Burén in Stockholm in 1966. Ten years later, when his works were shown at Galleri Händer in Stockholm, Olle Granath wrote, “As his search takes him deeper, he approaches the boundary between human and world, which is a string tightened to its utmost. When touched, the universe is set trembling.” Solförrådet showed works from Torsten Andersson’s ”Identitetsfrisen” (Identity Frieze).

The exhibition was opened by Lars Nittve, Foundation board member. This year’s talk under the maple tree was between Lars Nittve and Olle Granath, and focused on Olle Granath’s long interest in Torsten Andersson and his oeuvre.
